The FASTSIGNS 90-Day Sales Operations Pilot.

STS deployed six Sales Operations Specialists across four FASTSIGNS franchisee groups for a 90-day pilot. The hypothesis: the constraint on sales performance is not leadership capability, it is bandwidth. The test: embed disciplined operators inside the sales process, treat sales as a system, and measure the change in conversion, follow-up consistency, and operating discipline against the pre-pilot baseline.

The single strongest indicator of the result is the renewal data: five of the six Sales Operations Specialists were hired on as permanent members of the franchisees’ teams at the conclusion of the pilot period.
